Finn Guild is hosting a free briefing session on 27 April at 7-9pm to its members and other Finns on residency rights after Brexit. Jamie Kerr, an immigration law specialist from Thorntons will give a briefing on the possible residency implications the triggering of Article 50 and Brexit might have on Finnish nationals living in Scotland. He will indicate what actions, if any, Finns might wish to consider taking at this time.
Whilst so much still requires to be clarified, Jamie will look at some of the possible consequences for Finns living and working in Scotland and will cover, for example, the practicalities of registration and the options available around applying for permanent residence documentation. Following Jamie’s presentation, there will be plenty of opportunity for questions and answers.
This seminar will be chaired by Mikko Ramstedt, Chair of Finn Guild. Registration is required to secure a place. Register here.
